Hi there! My name’s Steve, and I founded Make Booch. When I first started brewing kombucha at home, there were tons of conflicting articles on the Internet. Nothing made sense. I had to test many different recipes to see what worked and what didn’t, wasting a lot of time (and potential booch!). Make Booch is the resource I wish existed when I decided to try making kombucha at home. I hope you find it helpful!
